Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your D&D Dice Shop apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and secure the new shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
